All personal data provided by any benevolent user will be treated with utmost discretion by TOLK. Unless ordered by legal authorities, TOLK never discloses these personal data to any third party. TOLK never sends any spams, commercial messages, newsletters and other uninvited messages to anybody who has contacted TOLK via the contact form on the site.
However, TOLK can only grant privacy as far as data are under control of TOLK. The Internet itself and its access providers and transmitting stations can always be subject to frauds and malevolent acts. TOLK cannot be held responsible for any action not under direct control of TOLK.
TOLK registers some anonymous technical information about any user of the contact form of the site e.g. the IP address of the sender. In case of abuse of the contact form for spamming or commercial purposes, TOLK may undertake legal action.
This privacy policy is exclusively valid for this particular site. It does not extend to other websites that may be linked to the site.
