Geopathy | |||||||||

What
does
geopathy mean? The word "geopathy" is composed of the two ancient Greek
roots "geos" (the earth, the world) and "pathos" (the feel, the
sensing). Geopathy is the ancient science of the invisible and
untouchable. Geopathy - the sensing of
the world - it is the ancient science of energies. Geopathy is one of the five great ancient earth and natural
sciences. The other four are: - Geography - the description of the material nature and the world. - Geometry - the measuring of land, distances and areas - Meteorology - the science of weather and climate - Philosophy - the science of mankind, human science. These four ancient sciences are well known and developed today. They have long been subdivided in sciences like biology, chemistry, physics, mechanics, mathematics, medical science etc. They are all main subjects taught at universities. All of the four, however, deal with the material world. They explore the visible, touchable, measurable physical aspects of the universe. When it comes to energy, modern science focuses on "producing" (transforming) energy with the aim to do labor, drive machinery or serve as carrier for data and information. Natural energies as such, however, are mainly unexplored. Geopathy, on the other hand, deals with the natural and omnipresent invisible, untouchable energetic world that influences all matter and all living beings permanently. Geopathy is no more "mystical" or "esoteric" than physics, it is no sorcery nor is it any witchcraft. Geopathy is simply the science of the energetic world. It concerns itself with our invisible energetic environment, with all that cannot directly be picked up by our five well known senses, all that can not be measured or weighted and therefor needs to be "sensed" in different ways. |

Geopathy explores natural energies. Natural energies are not to be confused with energy resources like oil and gas. They are something entirely different. Natural energies are energies as such, like gravity fields, electromagnetic waves, telluric currents, the Schumann-resonance, magnetic fields, the underlying matrix energy fields etc. These are all energetic factors that permanently have a great impact on us even though we do not notice them. Geopathy is about how the energetic environment influences us living beings. The original purpose of this science was to detect "good" or "bad" places, locations and directions. In ancient times, it was also very successfully employed to assist in healing and recovery. Pyramids, temples, cultural sites, whole cities in Asia, North and South America, Europe and the Middle East, Africa were planned and designed according to geopathic requirements. Whoever could afford, considered geopathic factors when building and equipping his home, lodging livestock and planting fields and gardens. Geopathy was a major factor in health science. Great seafaring nations like the Polynesians achieved on everyday basis incredible navigational performance based on geopathic knowledge. Australian aboriginal peoples were able to thrive under otherwise simply unsurvivable conditions thanks to extremely refined geopathic knowledge. In Europe, during many pre-Christian millennia, Geopathy was part of important and highly valued knowledge of elders, shamans and druids who's main task was to ensure favorable living conditions for their people as well as providing means to recover health and strengths for individuals. During Sumerian, ancient Egyptian und Hellenic times, geopathy was highly developed. For Olmec, Aztecs, Incas and Mayas etc. and also for North American native peoples geopathy obviously played a major role in daily life. Why isn't Geopathy taught at universities today? What happened to this apparently very fundamental wisdom in the western world? Why did we loose such an important knowledge? Two great historical catastrophes have lead to a dramatic loss of wisdom during the past two millennia from which Western civilization has not fully recovered up to today: Since around 300 BC, a previously never seen combined effort by the cultures around the Mediterranean to collect knowledge and preserve it had led to the foundation of the libraries and academies of ancient Alexandria, a city on the shores of northern Egypt. Alexander the Great founded Alexandria in 331 BC mainly as his empire's center of knowledge. Alexandria became the fabulous center of knowledge of ancient Egypt, Greece and Phoenicia, and homed the largest Hebrew community of the time. It was the place discoveries, knowledge and insights were brought to and recorded that explorers have collected during their journeys to foreign lands. It soon surpassed the importance of the ancient academies of Athens. In the middle of the first century BC, the Romans under Julius Caesar started to conquer Egypt. During the process of those wars, the libraries and academies had been partially burned several times and finally were completely destroyed by the Romans during the reign of Pharaoh Cleopatra - lost for ever are the great treasures of collected wisdom they had contained. That was the first real blow to fundamental knowledge that affects us up to today. The basics and everyday practical applications of geopathy were not lost entirely then, though. Pagan shamans continued to transmit their knowledge from generation to generation orally - also within the expanding Roman Empire - as they had done for millennia before. The second and even more devastating catastrophe was a process that affects us actually up to today. It still influences strongly our judgment about what is to be considered as "serious science" and what is not. In the late 4th century AD, the Roman emperor Theodosius banned all pagan religious activities within the Roman empire and declared Christianity as the only legimite religious system based on the then already dramatically slimmed down Bible. The Bible, however, has no scientific content at all, it is e.g. no math book. In the process, natural sciences as such were declared as pagan and devil's work because they were not mentioned in the Bible. ![]() This process culminated in the "holy inquisition" established by the Vatican in the late 11th century. The Vatican employed a massive team of judges and a powerful special police force that had to ensure conformity of behaviour with the Bible of every individual. "Not conforming" also included "not being mentioned" in the Bible. Consequently, geopathy together with most other natural sciences not mentioned was declared to be a satanic activity. Experts in geopathy and other natural sciences of the time were labeled as sorcerers and witches, were tortured and executed in great numbers. Science had to go underground. seal of

Inquisition dominated the Christian world for five centuries. Thanks to heroic pioneers like Galileo Galilei, and thanks to useful information starting to come in from other cultures (e.g. China) the sciences dealing with the material world slowly started to recover in the 16th century. Their findings were simply too practical and too obvious to be further ignored. Geopathy, however, dealing with the invisible, officially remains a non-science till today. As a consequence, still no western university offers any courses in Geopathy. In other cultures geopathic knowledge is very much alive today. It represents a major part of the profound knowledge of educated people, shamans and healers. In Asia, Geopathy is an integral part of Feng Shui and similar scientific concepts that deal with health, farming and housing. In those cultures, the existence of an invisible energetic environment is common knowledge and carefully considered. In our own western culture, however, the energetic environment widely remains a great blind spot. TOLK Consulting does specific research regarding our energetic environment. It is our goal to build bridges between western science and the knowledge of shamans and wise people of other cultures who do have access to a great pool of knowledge lost to science in the West. We find it is wise to tap in to knowledge that has been profoundly proofed and successfully applied over millennia in other parts of the world while so far, our young western sciences obviously are failing to improve our emotional quality of life despite all technology and comfort. Are you interested in improving your own quality of life, your energy and your well-being by taking into consideration your own invisible, untouchable energetic environment at home and at work?
